Abbortsford based Architecture and Engineering firm Krahn Engineering asked LNG Studios to provide detailed high resolution renderings for a new Gold-Leaf Audi dealership in Langley BC. The project required showing various exterior views as well as incorporating a unique metal facade as part of the design. Many hours were spent finalizing this hexagonal metal finish.  The project also required meeting exacting standards from Audi's corporate franchise unit to standardise the design and meet their corporate expectations.

Our design team even took the challenge to create a suite of 2012 model year vehicles from Audi's North American catalogue.

The final result is a highly stylised and unique project.

Overview
Concord Pacific required high resolution images as part of the planning stages of their Park Place development in York, Ontario. The project required LNG Studios to work with reference images and Concord Pacific's planing department to detail design specifications but also assist with the overall design and priority of the complete master-planned design.

Challenges
As the 2nd largest master-planned community in Ontario after Concord Pacific's own downtown Adex development, working with a design that represents the massive overall scale of the development was an enormous challenge. This project required detailed instructions and close contact with Concord own planning department in Toronto as well as their marketing and logistics staff in Vancouver.  The goal of the project in addition was a design summary to help reflect the developers overall goal and design. This required taking detailed notes and conceptual sketches that would be included in the final design.

Summary
Though grand in scale this project was completed extremely timely.  LNG Studios supplied numerous images and the entire project was modelled rendered, conceptualized within two weeks.  A timely delivery that assisted Concord with their civic development application but also was instrumental in conveying design ideas and themes.

Overview
Real Storage, one of Canada’s largest storage service providers asked LNG Studios to create realistic day and night time renderings of their proposed development in Abbortsford, BC, Canada.

Challenges
From the outset the intention was to create a series of day and night images that showed the design of the facility as well as the unique lighting scheme.  As many Real Storage locations operate 24 hours a day it was important to show the proposed development in the most accurate context as possible.

Rendering the image in both day and night variations required an extensive lighting study to calculate the lighting design and model in addition to showcasing this within the correct ambient light context.

Summary
The renderings produced by LNG Studios proved an invaluable tool for design feedback as well as civic submissions for the development. The final rendering accurately portrayed the overall design of the building but also help carry forward a correct mood in context.

Overview
Prospero International Group approached LNG Studios about a particular site located on West Broadway street in Vancouver BC.  The site was unique owing to its enviable location but also because it was currently occupied by a low-rise building.  Prospero International Group was interested in showing a proposed tower development on the site but didn’t wanted to ensure visual continuity between the sites present outlook with the proposed development.

Challenges
Starting with high-resolution reference images of the site taken at street level, LNG Studios designers set about building the tower in 3D and blending the 3D image into the original reference photograph. The building design was developed in conjunction with Prospero International Group using visual references and design cues from similar developments.  Despite there being no architectural or engineering files LNG Studios was still able to produce our own 3D model from scratch which could be adjusted and designed to suit the client’s tastes. Once the model was approved the 3D and 2D elements were blended together to create the final montage.  3D vehicles, foot traffic and lighting completed the final scene.
